How to submit a notice
Email a written notice to hello@nailmint.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
Include your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
Also include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, plus your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required under the DMCA.
Repeat infringement
We may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights when applicable.
